Lead Staff
Chris McRae

Teaching Pastor |
Chris joined the CBC Staff in May of 2006, as Senior Pastor. Chris and his wife Sue came to Calvary after serving overseas in Central Asia for six years with their three sons. His primary passions in life are to be more of a loving husband and a father who is respected by his sons. Prior to his assignment overseas as pastor of an international church he worked in Montana for fifteen years ministering to students at the university and leading a church plant effort. His interests include reading, reading, writing, (definitely not 'rithmetic), camping, and other outdoor sports. If he had more time, money and talent he would devote these to the pursuit of hobbies such as camping, woodcraft and golf.

Bryan joined the staff in June 2003, as the Pastor of Community Groups and Spiritual Formation. Before coming to CBC, Bryan worked for ten years in the computer networking industry with both NCR and Sprint. While he enjoyed life in the corporate world, his heart was always in ministry. The journey towards full-time vocational ministry started in the midst of leading a church singles ministry in Southern California. That church asked him to join the pastoral staff and after four years on staff, Bryan felt the Lord leading him to seminary. He received his Master of Theology from Dallas Theological Seminary in 2002.
Having spent most of his childhood years living in Colorado, Bryan loves the mountains and the Denver Broncos. He enjoys golf, basketball, softball, hiking, biking, reading, and “fix-it” projects around the house. Bryan is married to Connie and they have two sons, Zachary and Jackson.

Josh joined our staff October 2008,as Youth Ministry Pastor. Prior to coming to Calvary Josh worked for Grace Church in Albuquerque, NM as the senior high youth intern. Josh is pursuing a Master of Divinity at Trinity Southwest and anticipates a graduation date of May 2009.
Josh’s passion in ministry is to make disciples of Christ who are equipped to, in turn; teach others to become disciples. He believes that the role of the Youth Pastor “is to ensure that the youth are discipled, taught and encouraged in such a way as to bring honor to God.” He has stated that he believes that “as students grow up realizing that they are an integral part of ministry the impact for the Kingdom of God will be significant.”
